How it works

  1. 1Upload your construction contract — Drawra reads it and sets up the project and schedule of values automatically.
  2. 2Enter the percentage completed per line. Drawra calculates the totals, retainage and balance to finish.
  3. 3Generate the full billing package: invoice, AIA G702/G703 and the lien waivers your contract requires.
